By Breaking Belize News Staff: Belizeans can expect another warm, dry, and breezy day across the country as fair weather conditions prevail. According to the National Meteorological Service, skies will be mostly sunny today and partly cloudy tonight, with only isolated showers expected—mainly over the south.
Winds are blowing from the east-southeast at 10 to 20 knots and are gusty at times, prompting a Small Craft Caution for mariners. The sea state is moderate to rough, with waves reaching 4 to 7 feet. Small vessels are advised to exercise caution if venturing out, particularly along the open waters.
Temperatures inland are forecasted to climb to a high of 96°F (36°C), with coastal areas reaching 90°F (32°C). Tonight, lows will dip to 76°F inland and 83°F along the coast. Residents are reminded to stay hydrated, limit exposure to the midday heat, and check on vulnerable individuals.
The extended forecast into Friday and Friday night shows similar conditions continuing, with fair skies and only the chance of brief, isolated showers.
