Business owner robbed at gunpoint on Princess Margaret Drive

By Zoila Palma: A 27-year-old business owner from Burrell Boom Village, reported being robbed at gunpoint on Friday while on Princess Margaret Drive.

The man told police that 2 dark-skinned men approached him, one wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts, the other in a blue durag. One of the men pointed a firearm at him and demanded his belongings.

Fearing for his life, he handed over $500 USD in $20 bills from a bag in his vehicle.

The suspects then fled on separate bicycles, and their direction of escape remains unknown. Police are investigating the incident.
