By Breaking Belize News Staff: The families of Marva Itch and Shawn Vasquez haven’t gotten any closure into the murders of their loved ones.
Co-workers Marva and security guard Shawn were leaving Tai Kong in San Ignacio when a lone gunman neared them and shot them both in February, 2020.
The bullet reportedly grazed Marva’s husband.
Gun violence shook the community and 4 years later, the families still have many questions.
At the time of the murders, police said they had 1 suspect but couldn’t determine a motive since Vasquez has his firearm with him.
Marva’s family say they haven’t received any closure since nobody has been charged for their loved ones murder.
