By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The Football Federation of Belize (FFB) has announced that President Sergio Chuc and General Secretary Earl Jones are currently attending the final module of FIFA’s Executive Programme in Strategic Planning & Implementation in Miami, Florida. This programme aims to equip football administrators with essential tools for developing strategic plans to ensure the sustainable growth of the sport.
The programme covers key areas such as governance, financial management, strategic alignment, and operational frameworks. By completing this training, FFB leadership aims to optimize strategic planning for long-term goals, enhance governance and operational efficiency, strengthen both grassroots and professional football programs, and build partnerships that unlock new opportunities.
“This initiative reflects the FFB’s dedication to advancing football in Belize, driving success for players, coaches, and communities,” stated an FFB representative. The training is expected to provide valuable insights that will help FFB leadership to better serve Belizean football, fostering an environment where the sport can flourish.
