Tropical depression could form later this week as system moves into Central Caribbean Sea

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Weather experts are monitoring a broad area of low pressure that is likely to develop over the southwestern Caribbean Sea in a couple of days.  

Gradual development is possible thereafter, and a tropical depression could form late this week or over the weekend while the system begins to drift northward or northeastward toward the central Caribbean Sea.

This system has a 40% chance of formation through the next 7 days.
