By Breaking Belize News Staff: A Fabers Road man, Ellun Elson Faber, 40, is out on bail tonight after being accused of stealing a gold chain and medal from his own friend. The incident allegedly occurred on Saturday, August 24, 2024, in Belize City.
Faber, a labourer residing at #7747 Madam Liz Avenue, appeared before a Magistrate where he was charged with theft. The gold chain and medal are reported to be the property of a Belizean cleaner employed at Ready Call Center.
In court, Faber pleaded not guilty to the charge. With no objections to bail, he was granted release on a bond of $800, under the condition that he does not contact or interfere with Gibson or her family, and stays at least 100 yards away from her.
Faber’s next court appearance is scheduled for October 25, 2024, as the case moves forward.
