By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Today, the People’s United Party (PUP) will endorse sitting Area Representative Alex Balona to represent the PUP in the 2025 general elections.
Hailing from the village of San Antonio, Cayo, Balona made history becoming the first Cayo Central Area Representative from his village.
Balona was elected in 2020 garnering the seat after Former disgraced UDP Minister Rene Montero.
The endorsement convention is scheduled for tonight at 6pm at the Santa Elena Sports Complex.
