By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: The Belmopan City Council and the Ministry of Health and Wellness are launching a “Love your heart” campaign.
“Prioritizing health and wellness is crucial for nurturing the growth and advancement of our community. Embracing a lifestyle that emphasizes physical activity, balanced nutrition, and mental well-being is key to elevating our collective well-being and minimizing the prevalence of chronic illnesses,” the Belmopan City Council noted.
The “Love Your Heart” campaign is being done in collaboration with Taiwan ICDF.
The activities include dancing, outdoor workout and yoga and commences on May 27 and concludes on August 1, 2024.
