By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: Recently, BELTRAIDE participated in the first Belize Seaweed Aquaculture Symposium hosted by The Nature Conservancy – TNC in Belize.
The goal of the Symposium was to exchange knowledge on seaweed best practices, inform on relevant aquaculture policies and regulations, and share market opportunities around the globe.
BELTRAIDE’s Senior Project Manager, Wendy Hernandez presented on Seaweed Product Development and shared on promotional activities being done on behalf of women in the seaweed industry.
