Jarim Armstrong is dead after receiving multiple gunshot injuries

By Jose Luis Cruz: Jarim Armstrong who was shot multiple times earlier on Sunday has succumbed to his injuries while receiving treatment at the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH). This is the third murder recorded in the first four (4) days of February, 2024.

According to Police, Armstrong was shot after 3 pm on Sunday afternoon near the Los Lagos junction at Mile 12 on the Philip Goldson Highway. When police responded to a shooting report they found a badly injured Armstrong on the scene and he was rushed to the KHMH.

Originally from the Cayo District, Armstrong had relocated to Belize City and was residing on Antelope Street.

There are no suspects at this time and police are investigating this latest murder.
