By Breaking Belize News Staff: The National Meteorological Service forecasts drier conditions later today. Skies start cloudy with a few showers or periods of light rain mainly over the coast at first, then over most areas after mid-morning, decreasing this afternoon. Tonight skies will be partly cloudy with only isolated showers.
Today’s high temperatures will be 81 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 85 degrees inland and 70 degrees in the hills. Tonight’s low temperatures will be 75 degrees along the coast, 70 degrees inland and 65 degrees in the hills.
Winds will be easterly to northeasterly at 10 to 15 knots and sea state choppy to moderate.
Tides are high as of 8:01 this morning. A low tide occurs at 12:47 this afternoon, then a high tide at 7:04 this evening. The sun sets at 5:24 this evening and rises at 6:19 Sunday morning.
Sunday will be mainly fair with a chance for showers, though only in isolated areas.
