Organized by Play Chune Marketing, this is the sixth edition of the popular 6K series. Napoles, who earned their first 6K win over 7 Miles, have since dominated the competition — winning the third, fourth, and fifth matches, including victories over Wingz Police and Los Lobos.
Wingz Police, however, are back in form after defeating St. Margaret in their Challengers Match, setting up a hyped-up rematch with Napoles tonight.
The night kicks off with a Challengers Match between Yo Creek United of Orange Walk — the reigning National Amateur Interdistrict Champions — and Mango Creek. That match begins at 7:30 PM, with the winner earning a coveted spot in the next 6K Match.
Event organizer Richie Galvez confirmed that both tonight’s 6K winner and the Challengers Match victor will qualify for future 6K action.
The marquee clash between Napoles and Wingz Police kicks off at 9:30 PM, reigniting a fierce rivalry that has played out both in the Belmopan First Division and the 6K series. With three straight 6K wins, Napoles are the team to beat — but Wingz are hungry to end their streak and claim the prize.
The event promises more than just football. With a festive atmosphere, food vendors, and community energy, it’s set to be a night to remember. In support of local enterprise, Play Chune Marketing has waived the usual $100 vendor fee — vendors can sell freely once registered.
