By Horace Palacio: Friends and neighbors in Consejo Village, Corozal District, are worried and hoping for answers after Vadim Kulikov, a 69-year-old American retiree, went missing in the early morning hours of March 31st, 2025.
Known in the village as a quiet man who enjoyed his retirement in the peaceful northern community, Kulikov hasn’t been seen since around 2:00 am that Monday morning. His sudden disappearance has raised alarm bells, and Crime Stoppers Belize is now involved, issuing a public alert.
Crime Stoppers is urging anyone who may have seen him or has information to come forward. Tips can be submitted anonymously by calling 922, using the P3 app, or reporting to any nearby police station.
