The victim, who was 11 years old at the time of the offense, testified “in camera” at the start of the proceedings. The boy told the court that Hulse invited him into the abandoned bus where he was staying and then forced his private parts into the boy’s mouth. The sex crime occurred in Belize on June 10, 2024.

A key witness was the victim’s brother, who found the boy in the bus with Hulse and reportedly saw the incident unfold.

Following the guilty verdict, Hulse was further remanded to the Belize Central Prison. His sentencing has been scheduled for December 5, 2025.
