By Breaking Belize News Staff: A 17-year-old boy was the third person to be arraigned for the murder of Denver Montero, which happened during a robbery at Gracie Rock in April of this year.
The boy, who cannot be named because he is a minor, joins another minor and one adult, Tyrone Young, who were previously charged with the murder. The boy was arraigned in court on Wednesday accompanied by attorney Ronnell Gonzalez.
He was read three charges; murder, attempted murder and use of deadly means of harm. No plea was taken and he was remanded to the Wagner’s Youth Facility at the Belize Central Prison.
Montero was killed during a robbery at Gracie Rock while swimming with friends. One other person was injured during the incident.
