From Radhakrishnan Valappil: Dear Sir, Two local newspapers published the news on today’s issue itself! Attaching the copy and the translation. More than the award and money it is more of international integration, knowing people each other.Cyprus is comparatively unknown place for us and through this competition myself ,my relatives, friends and now the newspaper people are interested to know about Cyprus and this competition. I am from the southern state Kerala in India.Though we have a national language in Hindi, every state has a separate language and the language of Kerala is Malayalam. My father(who is no more)was a freedom fighter and politician,he was one of the most respected politicians in Kerala,so the newspaper has highlighted that also. Here is the translation of the report: (you can visit their internet edition,English version is available, the sites are www.manoramaonline.com and www.mathrubhumi.com) mathrubhumi-Photograph of Radhakrishnan who got award in the environment section in the online digital photo competition based in Cyprus. Manorama-the heading says photography award for Radhakrishnan Radhakrishnan who resides at Rohini,Temple Road,Poothole ,got the award for the athirappilly waterfalls from the Cyprus based velvetclassic online digital competition . He is the son of former M.L.A ,Mr.E.Gopalakrishna menon I shall send you if the news gets published in English papers.
