The works must be in JPEG format, with the larger side being 800 pixels and the smaller side must be no more than 600 pixels and compacted so as not to surpass 500 Kb.

How to resize your photos using Microsoft Windows:

Open the folder containing your photos.

Right Click on the photo.

Choose: "Open With"

             then choose "Windows Office Picture Manager"

The Windows Office Picture Maanger will open containing your photo.

Choose from the menu on the top:

"Picture" and then "Resize"

Then, on the right hand size you will find several options on how to resize your photos.

We propose: If your photos are 3000 pixels for example .... choose 30 %

Afterwards Click the "Save" button from the Menu on the top.

You are done !!!
